MANDATE
01. Acceptance of Terms
By interfacing with the Sjömalm Global digital infrastructure, you acknowledge and agree to the operational boundaries defined within this mandate. These terms govern all interactions between external entities and our global logistics grid.
02. Intellectual Property
The Sjömalm Global name, "Sovereign Logistics" methodology, and all architectural visuals are the exclusive property of Sjömalm Global. Unauthorized replication or extraction of maritime intelligence metadata is strictly prohibited under international maritime law.
03. Liability Limitations
While we maintain a 99.99% operational uptime, Sjömalm Global is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our digital informational layers. Technical metrics provided are for high-level logistics planning and are subject to real-time maritime fluctuations.
04. Jurisdiction
This mandate is governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from the use of this interface shall be settled within the jurisdiction of the Oslo District Court.
